What's this? I'm posting something!

So.. I started this about 2 years ago for my mom, for Christmas.. and I JUST now finished it. I am horrible with backgrounds, and haven't ever tried to spend a lot of time on them until now? So.. I hope it doesn't look hideous. I am relatively happy with how this came out? I wish it could have came out better but it's okay.

I like her seaweed thing, okay!? So don't make fun of it :C ..

Don't steal, cause then I'll be sad :C...

Ooo, I really like her tail and the fins. The shading on her body turned out pretty good, too.

I remember seeing this a while ago, but I didn't know you were CGing the entire thing. o.o`
